He has been awarded a spot in the top 100 coaches in the world by ActionCOACH Global and has worked in business, sales and management since 1988. Andy’s values, motivation, energy and dedication have proven successful with the individual and passionate coaching approach he delivers to his clients. During the business alignment process, he reviews each aspect of his training and collaborative partnerships, to find the perfect strategy that prepares the owner, team and business for success.

Owning a business can be one of the most exciting, rewarding, and enjoyable challenges in life. Far too often the challenge of business ownership overshadows the positive aspects we hope to achieve.

I have always been drawn to helping others achieve their goals. Out of college, I started helping others achieve goals as a personal trainer. Before long, I knew I wanted something more, leading me to time in the non-profit world, providing services to the business community. After a few years, I had the opportunity to make a shift into the banking sector – now shifting focus on assisting clients achieve financial goals and, the goal of home ownership.

Today, I am excited to bring this passion once again back to the business community.

As the co-owner and COO of the Firm,
I am here to design, plan and implement business strategies; create plans and procedures; set comprehensive goals for business growth and success; establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision; & oversee daily operations and the work of our coaches along with helping to answer any questions you may have.

Nafisa Nazeer

Intern

Nafisa is a Sophomore at Southwestern University, in Georgetown, TX, double-majoring in Business & Economics and minoring in Environmental Studies.

She brings professional experience in marketing, office administration, and sustainability awareness.

Aside from work, Nafisa enjoys playing violin with the university orchestra, being an officer in the university's sustainability club, and running the university's sustainability podcast SoundSustainability.
