Tanner has always been drawn to helping other achieve their goals. Out of college, he started helping others as a personal trainer. Catherine, ActionCoach WilCo’s Marketing & Business Development Manager, brings forth excellence in business growth, sales, and leadership. Helping businesses execute strategies through extensive detail in problem solving, and collaboration. Her experience as a leader throughout her career has allowed for a deeper understanding when tackling the needs and opportunities for any type of business. Her passion and mission are to help others.
At a young age, Catherine discovered her talent for sales and her passion for growing businesses. She comes from a family where her father was a business owner. He would work 15 hours per day and felt that, as an owner, this was the sacrifice one must do. In 2002, her parents made the tough decision to sell most of the businesses so he would no longer miss his children's childhood. The largest asset we have, is time.
Her parents knew they would need to find the right business that wouldn't lead them to the same lifestyle as before. Eventually, coming across ActionCoach, her father became one of the first business coaches in Mexico. Catherine grew up with the ActionCOACH philosophy. Fast forward almost 20 years, Catherine follows in her dad's legacy and joins the team here at ActionCoach WilCo - bringing passion and excitement in pursuit of our mission.
